Reservations
Reservations are
suggested for day and multi-day rentals to insure that the bike will be
here for you. Hour rentals are on a walk-in only basis.
Deposit
A
$10/day deposit is required on all hybrid bikes and a $20/day deposit
is required on all road bikes. Reservations with deposit can be made in
our online reservation system or by calling the shop at 707.829.2192. The deposit amount is applied towards the rental fee.
Deposit Refunds: Cancellations
must be received no later than two weeks in advance for a full refund. A 50% deposit refund is available for cancellations up to 72 hours before the pickup date. Special events (e.g Gran Fondo) require a two week cancellation for a 50% refund.
Rental Duration
A day rental is for a 24 hr period from the time of pick up. The rental is to be returned the next morning we are open after 24 hrs is over. (Please note we are closed on Mondays.)
Discounts
We offer duration discounts on all our bikes. The longer you rent the bike, the less it will be. We also offer a group discount of renting 6 bikes and receiving the 7 bike rental at no charge.
Drop-offs
A
drop-off and pick-up service is available for all our rental bikes
within a 20 miles of Sebastopol. The additional cost is $60 for 2 bikes
and $10 for each additional bike.
Rental Agreement
Every bike requires a rental agreement to be signed by the rider or parent/guardian of the rider. View our agreement.
Flats, Mechanical Issues, Exhaustion
Rescue fee: $10/bike service fee within a 10 mile radius; $10/bike service fee for every additional 10 miles.
We provide everything you need to change a tire. If you get a flat and are unable to change it, you can call us and request a rescue.
Our bikes are regularly maintained, if there is a mechanical issue
caused by us your rental and rescue will be on us. We do our best to
educate renters on the use of bikes, however if there is an operator
caused mechanical issue, a rescue service fee will be applied.
Rain
If you choose to not ride in the rain, we will provide a full deposit refund.
Purchase of a New Bike
We want all our customers to ride a bike they love and we believe our rental bikes might be the perfect fit for you. If they aren't, we know we can find the bike that's right for you. If you want to buy a bike from us after your rental single day amount of any rental can be applied to any new bike in the store within 7-days.
