Less Hassle, Better Price

We offer a consignment program for people who want to sell their used bike but don't want to go through the hassle of Craigslist or eBay. We will consider all GOOD QUALITY ADULT BIKES. To consign your bike with us, swing by the shop with your bike and let us have a look at it.

Terms and Conditions

• WCR reserves the right to refuse a consignment.
• All consignment bikes must be brought in by the owner with proof of ownership and either a CA state ID, military ID, or passport, AND one other piece of ID. There are absolutely no third party sales. We take bike theft seriously and following this rule is not optional.
• WCR provides a Safety Check and Assessment of all consignment bicycles.
• All consignment bikes must be in excellent condition. Any repairs (including basic tuning) required to bring the bike up to sell-able condition are to be performed at the seller’s expense, and must be completed and paid for before the consignment sale is set up. We offer sellers a 25% discount on parts and labor to get the bike in working and sellable condition.
• We reserve the right to terminate a consignment agreement at any time.
• We choose not to deal in department store bicycles.
• WCR and the consignor collectively agree on a selling price. Consignors can choose between a fixed price (no negotiation) or a range (asking price and minimum price). When the bike sells, the proceeds are split between the consignor and WCR. Consignors can choose to take cash or a store credit.
• Bikes are consigned for 3 months. If it does not sell after 6 weeks, the consignor and WCR will re-evaluate the price and adjust accordingly.
• If the bicycle has not sold within 3 months, WCR may request the consignor to pick it up. Bikes not retrieved by the consignor within 30 days of the request become the sole property of West County Revolution.
• Bikes must remain in the custody of West County Revolution for 3 months or until it is sold, whichever comes first. If a consignor pulls the item before the 3 month period ends, a fee equaling 10% of the agreed upon sale price will be assessed.
• Consignment Rates
• 35% Commission on bicycles valued up to $1000.
• 25% Commission on bicycles valued over $1001.
• 15% Commission if you purchase a new bicycle at our store.
• Unsold Bikes may only be claimed by the owner on file. NO EXCEPTIONS!
